Carpentry:

 

We love traditional skills; we can cut and pitch a roof the old fashioned way, or fit a modern truss, which ever you prefer. 

We love nothing better than working with a beautiful piece of old oak, restoring oak frame buildings, or inserting a little bit

of history into a nice new fireplace. 

 

From first fix to the finishing touches; new skirtings or doors to a full kitchen refit, we are happy to do the lot.

Example:

This Cowden farm outbuilding had a traditional pitched roof covered in tin sheeting.  Half of it was badly storm damaged in 2014. We stripped the roof, replaced all floor joists and rafters, which were then covered with traditional Kent Tiles to match other buildings.
